How do I find out what's new with the NASCAR.com TO GO application?
To stay up-to-date with the latest information, select "Product News" in the "News" menu. Here you will find company contact information, announcements, product version number as well as other useful data.
What do the red, green, and yellow dots mean?
The colored dots located within the NASCAR.com TO GO application communicate to you the network status of your application. Green denotes successful data transfer, yellow denotes data transfer in process, and red indicates network connectivity problems.
Can I access NASCAR.com TO GO while roaming?
Yes, all that your NASCAR.com TO GO application needs to operate is a valid wireless connection to the Internet. You will need to have data roaming (different from voice roaming) enabled on your phone to be able to use the service while roaming.
Why aren't my Leaderboards updating?
Your Leaderboard will only update during a race. If your Leaderboard is not updating during a race, then it may be that you are out of your network's range. Please contact your wireless carrier to determine whether you are out of their network coverage area.
How do I make the weekly image change?
Your weekly image will change at the beginning of each race week automatically. You do not have to do anything to change it.
